Described as a passionate and dedicated cellist Daniela musical journey began at age of 17 through Colombia’s Batuta Foundation, where she fell in love with the cello and the joy of making music as part of a community. Though she started later than many of her peers, her passion and commitment quickly propelled her forward. She went on to earn a degree in Cello Performance with honors from the Conservatory of the National University of Colombia.

Now in her third year of the Artist Diploma program at Texas Christian University, she studies with cellist Juliette Herlin and receives chamber music mentorship from renowned violinist Elisabeth Adkins.

Her work is driven by perseverance, creativity, and a deep desire to connect with audiences. She thrives on musical exploration, cross-cultural collaboration, and the shared experience of live performance. Her goal is to inspire through music, contribute meaningfully to the global music community, and build a fulfilling career as both an orchestral cellist and chamber music coach.
